Dark brown with ruby shine in colour and a very long-lasting foam.
Dark chocolate as well as plum and fig in the nose. Hints of liquorice detectable.
Really well-balanced, not too sweet; full-bodied with a nice long aftertaste that has just the right amount of bitterness.
